Privacy policy

1. Who we are

LexGPT provides education, templates and a verification method for AI-assisted legal work. For any privacy question, write to hello@lexgpt.com.

2. What we collect

Your email when you download a handbook or join the newsletter; purchase data via Stripe (we never store card details); basic usage data; and the content of messages you send us. We do not ask you to upload client or matter data.

3. Why we use it

To deliver what you asked for, to send updates you can unsubscribe from, to provide support, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

4. Cookies and analytics

Only the cookies needed to run the site and privacy-respecting analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

5. Who we share it with

Only the processors we need: Stripe (payments), our email provider, and Cloudflare (hosting). We do not sell your data.

6. International transfers

Some processors are outside your country; where data is transferred we rely on appropriate safeguards.

7. How long we keep it

Contact data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it; purchase and tax records as long as the law requires.

8. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction and objection, and withdrawal of consent. Write to hello@lexgpt.com and we will respond within the time the law allows.

9. Security

Encryption in transit, access controls and reputable processors. No system is perfect, but we take confidentiality seriously.

10. Children

Our products are for legal professionals and are not directed at children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the date will change and material changes will be flagged on the site.

12. Our own rule

The method we teach places privilege first. We hold ourselves to the same standard.
