Terms of service

1. What LexGPT is — and is not

LexGPT provides education, templates and a verification method. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create a lawyer–client relationship. You remain responsible for your own professional work and for your regulator's rules on technology and AI.

2. Using our materials

The free handbook may be shared with colleagues. The Pro handbook, course and templates are licensed to the individual or firm that bought them; please do not resell or redistribute them publicly.

3. No guarantee of accuracy or outcome

AI tools can be wrong and can fabricate authorities. Our method reduces that risk; it does not eliminate it.

4. Confidentiality and privilege

Do not send us client, matter or privileged material. The harness runs inside your own environment; configuring it consistently with your obligations is your responsibility.

5. Acceptable use

Keep your credentials secure; do not use the service to break the law or infringe others' rights.

6. Payments, pricing and refunds

Prices are in US dollars and may change. Digital products are sold through Stripe and delivered by download; because they are delivered instantly they are generally non-refundable. If a download fails, contact us.

7. Intellectual property

LexGPT owns the method, text and templates; you receive a licence to use them. Your own documents remain yours.

8. Third-party tools

We review and link to third-party AI tools but do not control them. Always check each vendor's own terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LexGPT's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue features. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
